In the past month, U.S. spy satellites have detected smoke rising from the once shuttered facilities clusterred around a loop of North Korea's Kuryong River. Trucks arrived and departed, and workers bustled.Increased movement around the Yongbyon Nuclear Center, 80 kilometers (50 miles) north of Pyongyang, is the focal point of the dispute over the North's weapons development.  The Press Democrat
